MVCIA is happy to announce our 2025 conference Keynote Speaker will be Retired Los Angelos County Sheriff’s Department Detective, Lieutenant Gil Carrillo. Detective Carrillo will be presenting the investigation of Richard Ramirez, better known as the “Night Stalker.”
